General process for bulk production inspection of socks

On June 9, we came to Zhuji City cooperative factory for the inspection of bulk production, through a whole day of inspection, to understand and learn the general process of inspection, after  induction and summary, it can be divided into the following four parts:

1, Compare the confirmed sample with the bulk goods : carry your own confirmation sample, compared with the bulk provided by the factory, generally do not allow the difference between the two. The first is to compare yarn quality, followed by color, pattern, pattern such as stripes can be compared with the number of stitches, number of turns, size and so on.

2, check the basic information of the paper card: according to the barcode information provided by the customer, check the style number, EAN code, description, color, size, price, composition and other information on the barcode sticker of the bulk production.

3, check the quality of bulk production : there are damaged, dirty situation, is a more serious situation, need to pick out; The surface of the floating yarn needs to be cleaned; Some clips can be cleaned and some can not be cleaned, and need to be picked out.If a product has a large proportion of problems, it needs to be reworked or replaced after packaging. If there is no packaging and the factory is continuing production and processing, we need to remind the problems to prevent them. Usually the factory will control the quantity of production, and there will be a surplus in addition to the quantity of delivery to fill the hole in the quantity of defective products.

4,measure size, gram weight: each sock of different sizes need to be measured, and in the inspection report to make a size record, the error range needs to be within the customer’s specified interval,If the customer does not specify, then the error must be controlled within the international error range of 1 cm. If the actual measured size exceeds the specified error range, the factory must be reminded to re-shape, through the shape of the way to return the size to normal. The gram weight of the confirmed sample and the bulk goods are compared to confirm whether they are consistent. Usually, the error should not exceed the range of 3 grams. If it exceeds 3 grams, it is regarded as a serious problem, and the bulk goods are also regarded as unqualified products.

For the final inspection of bulk production ,We always adhere to the AQL 2.5 inspection standards, strictly control product quality, so that customers can rest assured, but also let consumers rest assured.
