To welcome the new year and energize the team, our company held a unique and exciting opening games event on February 11, 2025. The event featured four fun games: “Guess the Color,” “Ring Toss,” “Charades (Interactive Competition),” and “Office Treasure Hunt.” All employees participated enthusiastically, creating a lively and laughterfilled atmosphere!
1. Guess the Color (Individual Competition)
Participants had to correctly place 6 bottles of different colored drinks in their corresponding color positions.
For each correct placement, they earned a 20 RMB cash reward!
2. Ring Toss (Individual Competition)
Each person had 10 rings to toss at a 5×3 grid on the floor.
Landing a ring on a grid earned them the corresponding cash prize.
The ring toss area turned into a “competition arena,” with some hitting the target on their first try, while others kept trying despite repeated misses. Some even relied on “feng shui” to choose their standing position. Eric became the star of the show by successfully landing the 50 RMB grand prize!
3. Charades (Interactive Competition)
One member of each team used gestures and facial expressions to hint at a word or phrase, while the other member guessed.
The team with the most correct guesses won generous cash rewards!
4. Office Treasure Hunt (AllStaff Participation)
35 red envelopes were hidden throughout the office, and participants searched for them using clue.
The envelopes contained cash ranging from 5 RMB to 100 RMB, and whoever found them got to keep the money!
Everyone transformed into “treasure hunters,” searching high and low, turning over every possible hiding spot.
This opening games event not only helped everyone release stress through laughter and joy but also strengthened team cohesion and collaboration. In the new year, we will bring even more enthusiasm to our work and achieve greater success together!
