After days of office training, today at 9am., a plant visit was organized for the new sales staff so that they could see for themselves and gain a hand-on training on the sock making machines and the complete production process.
The production manager Mr. Liu headed the visit team. The first stop is the sock knitting plant where socks of various types were being made. Here is a picture of the sock knitting machine.
After the knitting process, the sock tubes are moved to the next section: toe linking. Here is what a linking machine looks.
After linking, the socks are brought to the boarding room (boarding means shaping or setting here).
