In order to help new staffs to familiarize themselves with basic know-how of socks, a training session was conducted on June 26, 2021 in the company meeting room. GM Eric, PM Jack, head of QC team Arthur, along with the sales team comprised of both new and old staff attended the training session.
GM Eric firstly welcomed the four new staff on their joining in the sales team and he then asked PM Jack to brief the session on the sock manufacture process, various threads and raw materials, type of machines, packaging etc. QC Head Arthur carried on with the sock quality control details, like visual check of color, workmanship, weight and number of needles checking etc. After the briefing, the new staff raised certain questions regarding sock design, raw materials, manufacturing process, packaging and quality control.
The training session ended successfully with the new staff obtaining a basic understanding of socks and their production. A factory visit will be organized shortly so that the new staff can have a on-job experience of socks production and machines used.
