Que: Can I get a free sample?
Ans: Yes, If we have the socks in stock (similar sample) a free sample can be sent o you with freight collect for quality checking. If you need your own design it will take $ 10/ style/color/size with freight collect according to your requirements. But it is refundable after the order confirmation
Using the available yarn in the market, the sample time is about 7-10 days after the design confirmed. Using the dyed yarn, the Sample time is about 10-15 days after design confirmed.
Que: Can we use our own logo or can you do customized designs?
Ans: Yes, OEM service is available. Logo can be on socks or packing, the packaging such as sock label or sock box. We have professional designers, just tell us your idea/ requirements.
Que: What is your OEM service procedures?
Ans: Confirm the artwork from the customer, modify, and then making the samples.
Making counter samples within 2-3 days. (sample fee required and will be back after the order)
After the quality, the price, and packing details are confirmed, we can start mass production.
Confirm the shipment detail of products and the cargo after inspection can be shipped.
Que: What are MOQ and price?
Ans: For custom jacquard socks, our MOQ is 1000 pairs per color per size per design. If you buy stocks, you can buy the quantity you need. For 3D digital printed socks, our MOQ is just 100 pairs, can do mixed designs as many as you want. Our FOB price is based on your designs, material, size, and quantity.
Que: Do you have a range of stock items for sale?
Ans: Yes, we have many sock stocks available, you can mix the items to place an order.
Que: What is the sample lead time and production lead time?
Ans: Usually sample lead time is 7-10 days, and the production lead time is 15-25 days, depends on style & workmanship & material.
