Socks design

To OEM socks, a sock design including size, material, patterns, and color is the first step of the sock-making journey. With the design from the customer, our designers will transcript the design pattern into a pixel design that is readable and workable for the computerized sock knitting machine.

Material Selection

We have a rich stocking of popular yarns like cotton, bamboo, wool, and synthetic fibers that can cope with the ups and downs of the material market amid the pandemic period. Whatever your socks are made with we can meet your expectation.

Color Confirmation

Panton color is the most popular color configuration and confirmation system we use when deciding the color of the socks.

Samples

After everything is settled on the machine, we will fabricate a samples pair of patterned socks for quality checking of the customer. If the samples are not up to the satisfaction of the customer, we will reconfigure the system and make more samples till it is all right.

Mass Production and Delivery

Once the quality sample is approved, mass production will commence in no time so that the goods will be finished asap. Though time is of the essence, we never downplay the roles of the quality control team who are on the ground at the end of each production process. Only qualified socks can go to the packaging section. If we are to arrange to ship for the customer, we will make a booking in advance so that we can put the goods on the first ship after they are ready.
