Q: Can you custom make socks for me with my own design?
A: Yes and sure, we are factory direct and can make any socks you want. Just send us your artwork including size, yarn type, and composition, design, package option, etc., and a mock-up will be made exclusively for you.
Q: If I just have some rough ideas about how I want my socks to be, can you help me to work out a proper design and make a sample for me?
A: That’s not a problem at all as we have a template pool of thousands of sock designs ready for you to choose from and we can select the ones that match your ideas most and improve them till you get your dream design, based on which a sample will be produced for your approval.
Q: I’m a start-up and can’t afford a big order for now, what’s the least quantity you can take?
A: As a sock manufacturer, no order is too small for us, not just for the sake of business. There should be someone somewhere to facilitate start-ups. Hooray! The only thing is the bigger the order the lower the cost. Whatever your order is, you’ll get the direct price without markup. So, don’t worry about a small order, we will have you covered.
Q: How long will you take to make a sample and process my order?
A: Normally the sample socks will be produced in a week’s time after receiving your artwork. As for the bulk order, it will depend on the schedule of our factory, but here is an idea: our daily output can be up to 68,000 pairs of normal-length socks. Anyway, it’s good to plan your order in advance so as to avoid missing your hot sale season.
Q: Will you arrange delivery/shipping for me?
A: Yes for sure. We have been exporting socks for over ten years and have established extensive networks with several shipping agents and forwarders that have been proven reliable. We can arrange the shipping by Air, land, or seaway and safely deliver the goods to you in time at a good price.
