Shipping and container loading is one of the most important steps in the entire order. After the production of the order is completed and the goods are inspected, the next step is the shipping process.
1，Booking. Send the booking authorization letter to the freight forwarder. Afterwards, the freight forwarder will send us the booking confirmation and release Order
2，Shipping information. Preparing customs declaration documents in advance can leave sufficient time for customs declaration. Documents required for customs declaration: Goods declaration form, invoice, packing list, contract, certificate of origin. Shipping requires customs declaration and approval before obtaining a release note. Only after obtaining the release note can the goods be loaded onto the ship.
3. Container loading and shipment. The freight forwarder arranges for the trailer to arrive at the loading location on time for loading. The trailer driver will pick up the container in advance. After the cabinet arrives at the factory, it is necessary to carefully check the documents and verify whether the license plate number, cabinet number, lead seal number, and lead seal have been used. Check if there are any damages inside the container. If there are any damages, we will contact the freight forwarder in a timely manner.
